Dr Paul Burns will present the annual Allan Reid interventional lecture, speaking on the development and delivery of stroke thrombectomy in Northern Ireland. This will be complimented by a talk from Dr Avinash Kanodia and Prof Iris Grunwald on their experiences of stroke management in Tayside.

We will also welcome the RCR 2021 Roentgen Professor, Dr Joe Jacob from UCL on the challenges of deploying AI tools in radiology during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The immediate past president of the SRS Prof John Murchison will speak on HRCT evaluation of interstitial lung disease. We will hear updates on the ScotCap: the colon capsule endoscopy service from Prof Angus Watson (NHS Highland). Dr Ian Zealley will share the radiologist's views on common medicolegal issues.

We will also feature the return of trainee presentations, with recent recipients of the Paul Allan ECR Bursary presenting work which they have taken from Scotland to Vienna.
