Junior Group Leader position: PET/MRI

Junior Group Leader position at the Beatson in Glasgow (Pre-clinical Imaging of Genetic Cancer Models)

The Beatson Institute provides an outstanding research environment underpinned by state-of-the-art core services and advanced technologies. We have recently expanded our interest in pre-clinical imaging with the purchase of a state-of-the-art PET/MRI imager and we are inviting applications from successful and highly motivated scientists who would like to both develop an independent group utilising this technology and facilitate the use of PET and MRI for the investigation of transgenic murine cancer models.

You will have a relevant PhD and post-doctoral experience of nuclear imaging, as well as the necessary communication, team-working and scientific leadership skills required to lead your own research and manage the service function of the group.
