Imaging-related research projects available in MRC Precision Medicine Doctoral Training Programme

The MRC Precision Medicine Doctoral Training Programme supports research training at the interfaces between biological, clinical, societal and computational systems, providing PhD research training alongside taught courses over four years of study.

The programme includes the following imaging-related research projects offered for 2019 entry:

Novel methods for analysis of total-body Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging datasets

Lead supervisor: Dr Adriana Tavares

Machine learning for automated assessment of CT angiography imaging in stroke

Lead supervisor: Dr Grant Mair [ICASE project with industrial partner Canon Medical Research Europe]
