Best proffered platform presentation: Gavin Merrifield for his talk on "Experimental Measurements of Preclinical fMRI (In)Stability". Gavin was a SINAPSE student at Edinburgh and now works as a post doc at the experimental MRI unit at the University of Glasgow.

Best poster: S Fiorini for "Automatic generation of synthetic retinal fundus images " from the School of Computing at the University of Dundee.

Best lay summary: Maryam Alsyedalhashem, from the University of Aberdeen for her poster "Brain Morphological biomarkers of fatigue in rheumatic disorders: an sMRI study"

Project closest to market: Tom MacGillivray from the University of Edinburgh for his presentation describing "VAMPIRE: Vasculature Assessment and Measurement Platform for Images of the REtina.
