Professor David Wyper

I am acutely aware of the cost and complexity of advanced clinical imaging technologies and am keen to bring together professionals from all sectors - health care, academia and industry - to address the challenges of using human imaging to advance our knowledge of health and disease. I have a particular interest in working with colleagues exploring the biological basis of neurological and mental health conditions. As a clinical physicist I have a focus on commercialisation of technologies developed by identifying opportunities arising from every day clinical practice. I am also an enthusiastic participant in the training and mentoring of young scientists and technologists.
