This course runs every 2 years and offers a comprehensive theoretical and practical coverage of all functional MRI-related aspects of SPM.

PARTICULAR FEATURES OF THIS COURSE

A one day course for absolute beginners (learn fundamentals and also Matlab® basics)

•Theoretical lectures and practicals with user-driven sessions at the computer for the beginners (one computer per person is available – with a total of 6 to 7 hours practical). Advanced users work in small groups to interact with a tutor for a demonstration (take your laptop).

Practicalities for neuroimaging reproducibility – Brain Imaging Data Structure, NeuroImaging Data Model, NeuroVault

The course is split in 3 and each part can/should be booked separately.

– Absolute beginners (Monday 1st)

– Beginners (Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd)

– Advanced users (Thursday 4th and Friday 5th)
