Vacancy: faculty position in Cognitive Neuroscience at University of Glasgow

Professor/Reader/Senior Lecturer in the Institute of Neuroscience and Psychology at University of Glasgow

The Institute of Neuroscience and Psychology is seeking to make a Professor/Reader/Senior Lecturer appointment. You will conduct and lead on a program of world-class research in the area of Cognitive Neuroscience, whilst contributing to high quality teaching. The research programme should align with the strategic objectives of the Centre for Cognitive Neuroimaging (CCNi) by using state of the art neuroimaging techniques in different combinations.

Applications are invited from candidates with an appropriate track record of academic achievement, and a track record in neuroimaging using at least two modalities (EEG/MEG, fMRI, TMS/tDCS/tACS), whereby the use of multimodal approaches (e.g. fMRI-EEG, TMS/tES-EEG) and the potential to bridge across disciplines of our platform is a plus.

Informal enquiries should be directed to Prof Philippe Schyns, Head of School:
